Yvonne Edith Ellsworth

Yvonne E. Ellsworth, 80, passed away at her home in Mesa, Arizona on April 21, 2013. Her family and her faith have been the focus of her life. A cheerful and loving mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe W. Ellsworth, infant daughter, Ilene Obershaw, and infant great-granddaughter, Ava DeFranco. The oldest of 7 children, she is survived by all of her six siblings, her sons Dennis Ellsworth and Duane Obershaw, her daughters Iris Shumway and Jolene Williams, also 11 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, April 26, 2013 at 9 AM at the Beverly Ward LDS Chapel, 1054 W. 2nd Place, Mesa, AZ 85201, preceded by visitations Thursday evening, April 25th from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ 85201 and at 8 AM Friday, in the Relief Society Room prior to the service. Burial will be at the Show Low Cemetery. Her sparkling optimism and loving ways will be missed, and we look forward to a joyous reunion.
