Sharon Elaine Grannis

Sharon Elaine Grannis earned her angel wings on May 11, 2023. There to welcome her to heaven were her parents, Merle and Kathleen, and her twin sons Mike and Todd. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Stacy and her son Ryan, and their spouses, Tom and Jennifer, her eleven grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler, Megan, Justin, Makenzi, Lindsay, Jadin, Maci, Taylor, Bailey, Teagan, and her nine great-grandchildren, Hazel, Rosabell, Bonnie, Joani, Remi, Aurora, Charlotte, Margot, and Winona.

Born in Pasadena, California on August 28, 1946, Sharon moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1970. Nothing meant more to Sharon than her family. She attended every birthday party, soccer, baseball, or football game, dance recital, graduation, or any other event that involved her loved ones. Besides her family and close friends, Sharon loved shopping, eating out, and decorating for the holidays.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 22nd at 11:00 AM, preceded by a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Bunker’s University Chapel, 3529 E. University Dr., Mesa. A graveside service will be held 12:30 PM at Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center St., Mesa.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Hospice of the Valley for their tireless, compassionate care.
