Carter, Judy Ann of Mesa, AZ left this world Sep 13, 09 in the arms of her family. Age 59, she was born in Mesa, AZ to Weldon & Geraldine Drorbaugh. Judy is survived by her parents, husband Randy Carter, children Pennington, Bekkie, Michael, Cassie, Mollie & Nate Warner, 4 grandchildren Amethyst (Mimi), Lake & Laine Chapman & Lennon Warner, brothers David & Tim Drorbaugh & their families. Judy attended Westwood HS in Mesa & ASU. A member of the LDS Church, Val Vista Ward, she shared her love of genealogy, preparedness, canning, sewing & temple service with all. Visitation is Fri Sep 18 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N Centennial Way, Mesa and Sat Sep 19th 9 AM followed by services at 10 AM at the Mtn. View Stake Center, 1550 N Val Vista, just north of Brown Rd., Mesa, AZ
