Jacob Tyler Fleener

Jacob Tyler Fleener, 30 passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2013. Jacob lived an energetic life full of laughter and love. He is survived by his parents, Don and Carlene Weberg, loving girlfriend Sara, three sisters – Amy, Carley and Nikki and his best friend and brother, Brad. He is also survived by his beautiful daughter Abigayle, loving Nana, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jacob was loved by all and will be missed greatly! Visitation is Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa 85201. Funeral services are Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 10 AM, preceded by a visitation at 9 AM at the Gilbert Fourth Ward, 1150 N. Lindsay Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85234 (Corner of Lindsay and Houston).
